I visited this place for my hair problem and my experience was quite well. They are very well organized which makes the process smooth. Fill out the form before hand to avoid wait time. Doctor was very professional and patient and listened to all my questions. She suggested me different solutions which I am comfortable with. I will post complete review once I see the results.

Highly professional people in a warm and welcoming environment.Patient in answering questions. Timely but not rushed. Dr.very approachable and willing to listen. Clearly stated the problem and steps to solution. So nice to see lovely smiles from all. This is by far the best dermatology practice I found in the area. I look forward to May River handling all of my dermatological needs.

Such a lovely group of women work in this office. The office staff were so efficient in helping me get my appointment set up and all of my paperwork done. When I arrived I was greeted so warmly and shown into the examination room right away, there was no waiting. I love the time that the doctor spent with me and will definitely recommend her to all my friends. She took the time to listen and find easy and economical solutions for me.

I came to this office twice , and needed to schedule an appointment for the third time , called the office , the person in the front desk asked what’s the reason of the visit ? so far everything is normal . i told her i have some spots on my skin and then she goes is it Impetigo ? I said i don’t know the name of it , she goes you have been seen 2 times here is it for this one or for this one , let me see your record ,is it lipomatosis ? I have not been seen for that , and now that i googled it , i do not have that , and it makes me question why do i have a diagnosis that i don’t have , in my medical record ? where did that came from ? The doctor never mention that to me and now that i googled it i don’t have that so why do i have it in the medical record ? Wasn’t it enough that i said i have spots on my skin in order for me to take an appointment, isn’t that enough ? Why do i need to get diagnosed over the phone from the front desk person to take an appointment?

Dr. Bonaccorsi and assistant Lindsay have been taking care of our family for the past few years. The staff at the practice is great. They are so accommodating and easy to work with. Dr. Bonaccorsi herself is knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and considerate. They have been able to successfully improve our family’s skin health, across-the-board.
